How do I add a paper?
Open the Papers tab and tap "Add paper". Enter a title, choose a type such as Passport, set the end date and tap Save. Issuer, number and a renewal window are optional.
What does the Due tab show?
Papers grouped by what needs action: due for renewal, expired, missing a scan, and renewals that were started but not finished.
How do I record a renewal?
Open the paper, tap "Log step", choose a step such as "Received new", set the new end date and tap Save. The end date and status update.
Can I get reminders?
Yes. Turn on "Remind me" when you save a paper and allow notifications when iOS asks. Reminders are local notifications and work without a connection.
How do I back up or clear my data?
In Settings, "Export backup" shares a JSON file through the system share sheet. You can also clear renewal logs, remove attached files, or erase all papers, each with a confirmation.
Does my data sync to other devices?
No. Data is stored only on this iPhone. Use "Export backup" if you want a copy.
